Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service on 3443, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users based in Bangladesh.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. 3443 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
- Users must be at least 18 years of age.
- This platform is available to residents of Bangladesh only.
- This service is not available to anyone residing in a region where online entertainment services are prohibited.
- Each user may create only one account.

Account Registration Rules
You are required to provide your correct name, date of birth, and contact details at the time of registration. Accounts created with inaccurate or false information may be terminated at any time. Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal.

- Avoid logging in on public Wi-Fi networks.
General User Responsibilities
Users must comply with all applicable laws while using the platform. Disrupting normal platform operations, attempting to hack the platform, or trying to harm other users will result in permanent account closure and legal action where necessary.
Payment, Transaction & Balance Policy
All transactions on 3443 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited instantly, though delays may occur due to technical reasons.
Your first withdrawal may be delayed until identity verification is complete. Withdrawal requests generally take 24–72 hours to process.
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200.
- 3443 will not be held liable for withdrawal details submitted to an incorrect account.
- It is recommended that your deposit and withdrawal methods be the same.
- Accounts may be temporarily suspended if fraudulent transactions are suspected.
Account balances cannot be transferred to another person. Users will be notified before any changes to the policy on unused balances.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
Permitted Use

- Placing bets using your own funds from your own account.
- Enjoying all legitimate services available on the platform.
- Resolving issues through support.
Prohibited Activities
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes using software or bots.
- Use of unauthorized third-party tools.
- Using the platform for money laundering or fraudulent purposes.
- Harassing or causing harm to other users.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's systems or security.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limitations
3443 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user's account at any time, with or without providing a reason. Accounts may be closed for the following reasons:
- Violation of Terms & Conditions.
- Fraudulent activity has been confirmed.
- Registering with false information.
- Extended inactivity.
- For legal or regulatory reasons.
If an account is closed, any verified balance will be refunded, though balances may be forfeited in cases of terms violations.
Limitation of Liability
3443 is not liable for any financial loss resulting from technical issues, server downtime, or third-party service failures. If a game result is affected by an external cause or a bet cannot be completed due to a technical error, 3443 reserves the right to make a decision based on the circumstances.
Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Applicable Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the 3443 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is protected under 3443's intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, redistribute, or commercially use any content. Intellectual property rights for third-party game software available on the platform remain with their respective developers.
Third-Party Connections & Services
3443 may integrate third-party game providers and payment services on the platform. These third-party services have their own terms and conditions. 3443 is not responsible for the operation or reliability of any third-party service. We recommend reading their respective terms before using them.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
3443 may update these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via their registered email or through the platform. Continuing to use the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
